Walking On RIOY Avenue

Yesterday I received another email from All Teamed Up (ATU) admin that really took me by surprise. A pleasant one .. As you probably already know ATU is one of the programs that is implemented in RIOY system. Briefly we can say it is a community of like-minded individuals, working together to achieve a common goal. It is designed to work for both the newbie and the already experienced marketer.
When ATU reached a number of 5000 members they launched their first team build program called Total Team Profit. You can read more about this program if you scroll down to post added on February 18th.

Latest RIOY Updates

This is getting frustrating…so much is happening that I don’t get to find the time to write the piece about millionaire thinking I promised you few days ago. I want to do it right and present you good and valuable information so please forgive me for taking more time.

Work With Your RIOY Team

One of my downline RIOY members gave me an idea today. We were chatting over MSN about our working progress in several internet marketing areas when I realized how important it is to have a dialog with your team members. Of course it is crucial to lead them with all the experience you have, especially if they are newbies, but the feedback you are getting from them is as important as your teaching part.

It is not only about giving. Giving makes no sense if a particular person doesn’t know how to use that knowledge. This is why you have to communicate both ways. If your downline isn’t responsive, then ask them hundreds and hundreds of times. Remember, successful team members make team successful. If the team is struggling and the leader is the only one gaining…then pardon me…this is a terrible leader and the team will fail eventually.

Many times a newbie doesn’t even know what questions to ask, this is why good leaders should be doing their best on their own initiative while introducing a newbie to internet marketing world.

You will often hear me say: “Give others more than they ask from you and do it with all your heart.”
This is what makes a good leader stand out and develops a new dimension in the way people see you as a person.

Now, here is one thought for newbies…don’t be afraid to ask millions of questions. Even the stupidest ones. You need to get it right and the best way to learn is from someone who is already successful in doing it. Turn to your sponsor…next to you, she or he is the most motivated person for your success! Undeniably!

RIOY Builds Relationships

Beside Being An Amazing Business Opportunity RIOY Also Builds Friendships

I know many of you good business opportunities seekers out there want more than just an automated business that is supposed to work for you. I was sick and tired of false promises with systems like that before I found RIOY. Let us be honest…there are only few automated systems that really work and non of them is really automated at all. They all require some work. Beside that, I can’t imagine myself working from home and having no connection with people. I sure don’t want to work with automated machines. Don’t get me wrong…I am more than happy to use some automated processes to ease my work, but I want to interact with real people while building my business. There is nothing more satisfying than the feeling when you know you really helped someone to achieve their goals. If my team isn’t happy it absolutely reflects on me.

The reason why I actually started to write this piece was an email I got from my new RIOY member, who joined only 3 days ago.
After a few problems that occured with the sing up process and all the help I offered, he expressed his gratitude with sending me a song to make me feel better as I was getting ill. What a thoughtful gesture.

I could never imagine business will bring people closer. And I certainly didn’t imagine I will gain friends. I get amazed with every wonderful person I meet and they are a true indicator that I am doing a good thing.

Enough with emotions for now…next time I will be covering a process everybody needs to go through to start thinking as a millionaire and consecutively become one. It is all in our minds and this is the first place we should be making changes to. Don’t believe me?…come back in a few days and read what I have to say.
